At LEONELL, every hat is meticulously crafted to your precise measurements, ensuring a perfect fit, superior quality, and a unique shopping experience. As each hat is made-to-measure or custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Your satisfaction is our priority. In case you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will provide the necessary support.

According to EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, custom-made or personalized items tailored to the consumer's specifications are exempt from the right of withdrawal. Therefore, we are not obligated to accept returns or exchanges on made-to-order items.
